Bhagavatha Saptaham
"Bhagavatha Saptaham" is a 7-day discourse of the Srimad Bhagavatham which is one of the Great Puranic texts of Hinduism written by Sage Veda Vyasa, with a focus on bhakti (religious devotion) to Supreme God Vishnu (Narayana), primarily focusing on Lord Krishna.
It is an annual 7-day function at Sree Kathiayani Bhagavathi Temple.
The "Karthika" day of Vrischikam ( mid-november to mid-december ) on which day the Saptaham ends is celebrated with special Poojas, floral decorations and lighting of lamps in the evening.

Navaratri / Dussehra
"Navaratri" is a famous annual Hindu festival occurring in the months of September-October, dedicated to the worship of the Holy trinity of Goddess Durga, Goddess Saraswati and Goddess Lakshmi.
The 9-day festival culminating in "Ayudha Pooja" is celebrated with great enthusiasm and reverence by devotees at the Sree Kathiayani Bhagavathi Temple.
